| Miljoco guarantees products of its manufacture to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser, and will repair or replace such products, F.O.B. factory, which our examination shall reveal to be defective under normal use. Miljoco assumes no other responsibility whatsoever, implied or otherwise. This limited warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, mishandling, or improper installation. | Miljoco will accept return of material for examination under warranty. When seeking to return material for any reason, please contact the factory to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA), which will ensure the return is routed correctly when it reaches our factory. The RMA is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Upon receipt, your material will be inspected for return or repair, and you will be contacted with our determination. Miljoco Corporation is not responsible for material that is returned without prior written authorization. |
